Unless otherwise stated, NYSORA and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on NYSORA LMS. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from NYSORA LMS for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You may not:
- Republish material from NYSORA LMS;
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from NYSORA LMS;
- Redistribute content from NYSORA LMS.
Subscription provides you with the following for a period of 1 year:
- Unlimited access to all techniques and protocols;
- Newest educational tools developed by NYSORA’s team of designers, artists & 3-D animators;
- Download of all teaching material for lectures and presentations;
- Continuous updates;
- Ability to upload and share your own comments, techniques, images or videos.
Parts of this LMS offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in the Forum section of the platform. NYSORA does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the forum. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of NYSORA, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, NYSORA shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
NYSORA reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
